Raise your voice against discrimination. Everyone is equal regardless of their gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, cultural background or physical abilities.
Support migrants and refugees in your communities. Volunteer in a local services for them. Gather or donate furniture, appliances, food, or clothes they need.
Do people where you are have access to universal healthcare? Find out about people's rights to healthcare in different parts of the world. Stand up against inequality.
Visit local shelters, soup kitchens, seniors homes, or minority community centers and organize a conversation space to discuss the importance of these settings or volunteer in one.

Patronize and promote local companies that are inclusive. Observe which employers in your area hire different minorities.
An issue contributing to inequality is lack of representation of minorities and the underprivileged in government. Run a voting registration camapign to raise their representation in institutions of power.
