Be aware of gender stereotypes. Recognize them, avoid them and educate others about them.
Women earn 10 to 30 per cent less than men for the same work. Pay inequality persists everywhere. Stand up for equal pay for equal work.
Stand up to harassment. If you see or are aware of harassment - in school, the workplace, the streets, at home or online, raise your voice against it.
Find female mentors and leaders. Be sure that some of your role models are women. There’s a lot you can learn from women in positions of authority.
